Bulgartransgaz EAD informs all its users who have booked long-term capacity and who intend to book capacity products within the envisaged auction on 5 July 2021 in line with ENTSOG calendar for allocation of yearly capacity products, including those who have booked capacity under long-term contracts with fixed prices for the option of a one-off advance payment of the amount of the booked long-term capacity, discounted by 2.7% on an annual basis, when booking for at least one year.
For a one-off payment purposes, the amount of the booked capacity products for the gas years after gas year 2021/2022 will be determined at the applicable prices for gas year 2021/2022, and during the year of realization will be equalized based on the applicable prices for the respective year.
Interested parties should declare in writing their intention and readiness to make an advance payment by specifying the booked capacities and booking periods for which a one-off payment refers to. The indicated periods should be at least one year.
The payment shall be made after signing an additional agreement for a one-off payment to the concluded Contract for Access and Transport and issuance of an invoice for an advance payment.
The additional agreement will include the terms and conditions for invoicing and payment under the Contract for Access and Transport, for the advance payment period requested by the User.
This proposal is valid until the beginning of gas year 2021-2022.
The proposal based on and is in line with the profile of financial flows and payments made by the Operator, including for planned repairs, rehabilitation and maintenance of the gas transmission network.
Users will be notified of the availability of such an option for each subsequent gas year in due time and prior to the relevant capacity auctions.
