According to the European and Bulgarian legislation and in line with the good European practices for transparency and non-discrimination, Bulgartransgaz EAD announces a public consultation on the draft Ten-Year Network Development Plan (TYNDP) of the company for the period 2026 – 2035.
The Plan presents the activities planned for implementation by Bulgartransgaz EAD over the next ten years. They are aimed at ensuring security and diversification of gas sources and routes, increasing natural gas transmission and storage capacities in the country and the region, as well as reducing carbon emissions.
Information on the company's future investments, necessary for the reliable execution of the licensed activities for natural gas transmission and storage, is also presented.
Taking into account the European policies and priorities for decarbonisation through gradual introduction and use of low-carbon fuels, the Plan also includes Bulgartransgaz EAD’s hydrogen projects.
Bulgartransgaz EAD invites all interested parties to participate in the public consultation by sending their opinions, proposals and comments on the TYNDP to the following e-mail address: info@bulgartransgaz.bg until 27 May 2026.
