Dear customers,
In order to conclude additional agreements to current contracts for transport, balancing and VTP to extend their validity period for gas year 2025/2026, you should submit:
Application for access to the gas transmission network (according to a template, in Bulgarian or English) and up-to-date documents proving the legal status of the company, namely:
- Excerpt from the Commercial register at the place of registration of the company;
- Documents proving that the company has not been declared bankrupt or liquidated and is not in bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings.
The above documents shall also be provided upon initial conclusion of new contracts starting from gas year 2025/2026.
Please note that you should provide up-to-date documents issued no earlier than one month before the date of submitting the application.
All documents shall be presented in original in the language in which they were issued, accompanied by a translation in Bulgarian or English. The original documents should be certified by Apostille in accordance with the 1961 Hague Convention and the translation must be certified by a sworn (registered) translator.
As of 11.09.2025 Bulgartransgaz provides a new functionality, available on the company's website, for submitting and signing applications for access to the gas transmission network and accompanying documents entirely in digital environment.
Signing the application by the customer with an electronic signature and submitting it, together with the attachments, can be made in a digital environment via the company's website.
Customers with concluded contracts shall submit the application through the Commercial dispatching platform - CDP (User Information -> Annual Application).
