Dear customers,
In order to conclude additional agreements to current contracts for access and transport, for purchase and sale natural gas for balancing and for VTP use, extending their term of validity for Gas Year 2026/2027, you should submit:
Application for access to the gas transmission network (according to a template, in Bulgarian or English) and up-to-date documents proving the legal status of the company, namely:
- Excerpt from the Commercial register at the place of registration of the company;
- Documents proving that the company has not been declared bankrupt or liquidated and is not in bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings.
The above documents shall also be provided upon initial conclusion of new contracts starting from Gas Year 2026/2027.
Please note that you should provide up-to-date documents issued no earlier than one month before the date of submitting the application.
All documents shall be presented in original in the language in which they were issued, accompanied by a translation in Bulgarian or English. The original documents should be certified by Apostille in accordance with the 1961 Hague Convention and the translation must be certified by a sworn (registered) translator.
Contract`s templates, approved by the Management Board of Bulgartransgaz EAD and applicable for Gas Year 2026/2027 can be found here.
Please use the new functionality provided by Bulgartransgaz EAD, available on the company's website, for submitting the applications for access to the gas transmission network and accompanying documents entirely in digital environment.
Signing the application by the customer using a qualified electronic signature (QES) and submitting it, together with the attachments, can be made in a digital environment via the company's website.
Customers with concluded contracts shall submit the application through the Commercial dispatching platform - CDP (User Information -> Annual Application).
For initial conclusion of new contracts starting in 2026/2027 Gas Year, customers shall submit an application for access by means of the new functionality at the following link:
